By becoming a member of Your Niche Articles, you agree to the following terms and conditions.  If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not join.  If you have any questions about these terms, be sure to contact us before proceeding with anything that may go against the terms and conditions.

The terms and conditions on this page are subject to change at any time.  It is your responsibility to stay up to date with the current terms and conditions.

Refunds - A refund will be issued upon your request.  Only the first months fee is refundable.  

 

Before you download your products for this month, please be sure to read the rules.  They have been put in place to protect all of our members.  Any violation of the rules could result in the termination of your membership, and no refund will be issued.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

You have NON-TRANSFERABLE Private Label Rights to the articles from Your Niche Articles.  You cannot sell or transfer the private label rights to others - they are for your use only.

You may use the articles as follows . . .

[YES] Can be edited.
[YES] Can put your name as the author.
[YES] Can be broken down into articles.
[YES] Can be used as web or e-zine content.
[YES] Can be published offline.

[YES] Can turn the articles into an ebook.

[NO] Can be sold in any format.
[NO] Can be packaged.
[NO] Can be offered as a bonus to paid product.
[NO] Can sell Master Resell Rights.

[NO] Can be given away for free.
[NO] Can be sold on auction sites.
[NO] Can give away Master Resell Rights.
[NO] Can sell Private Label Rights.

[NO] Can give away Private Label Rights.

[NO] Can be added into membership sites.

Failure to comply with the Terms of Service could result in termination of your membership with Your Niche Articles and no refund will be issued.
